The experience was already established. The public brand had not caught up with the direction of the practice.
Dr. Sherri Greene was not beginning a new career. She brought decades of experience as a traditionally trained podiatric physician and surgeon, along with an evolving point of view about restorative wellness and whole-person care. The challenge was that her public identity still reflected an earlier version of the practice.
Keeks helped organize the transition without discarding the credibility behind it. The work began with market research, positioning, and the question of how to communicate a broader wellness model while keeping her clinical background visible, understandable, and central to the story.
Dr. Greene retained ownership of the practice, clinical services, patient care, programs, methodology, and medical decisions. Keeks developed the positioning, identity, website, writing, content structure, newsletter template, and public-facing materials around them.

One engagement, expanding from strategy into identity, writing, and digital experience.
Four stages show how a practice transition became a positioning strategy, a custom identity, a full website, and a connected set of supporting materials. Each stage built on the one before it.
- 01Practice transitionAn established clinical background moving toward a broader restorative-wellness model.
- 02Positioning and identityMarket research, public story, custom name treatment, glyph, tagline, and brand voice.
- 03Website and client journeyPractitioner authority, programs, resources, newsletter, contact, and booking paths.
- 04Extended communication systemNewsletter template, business cards, and marketing materials connected to the same platform.
The transition needed to feel like an evolution, not a rejection of her past.
Dr. Greene’s medical background was not something to hide or replace. It was the source of the credibility behind the newer practice direction. The positioning needed to preserve that history while helping a wider audience understand what she was now offering.
Keeks developed the public story around experience, trust, and accessible language. The work clarified how her traditional training, broader wellness perspective, programs, and educational content could belong inside one coherent practitioner platform.

The identity needed to feel personal and established without looking like a conventional clinic.
Dr. Greene did not want the practice reduced to a standard medical logo or a generic wellness mark. The brand needed to feel refined, human, recognizable, and closely connected to her name.
Keeks created the custom name treatment, circular G glyph, tagline, color direction, typography, and brand voice. The writing and visual system worked together to create a presence that felt personal and elevated while retaining the authority expected from an experienced practitioner.

The website made the repositioning understandable as a complete client journey.
The site needed to introduce Dr. Greene, explain her background and approach, organize the available programs, support education, and make the next step clear. It could not depend on a single homepage message to carry the entire transition.
Keeks designed, developed, organized, and wrote the website across the practitioner story, program pages, resources, articles, newsletter signup, contact, and booking pathways. The result was a fuller digital platform built around understanding before action.

The brand needed a place for her thinking, not only a place to request an appointment.
A practitioner platform becomes more credible when people can understand the perspective behind the services. Articles, guides, program explanations, and recurring communication created room for Dr. Greene to explain her approach in more depth.
Keeks organized the content structure around that need, giving educational material, resources, and newsletter participation a clear home within the website. The system supported repeat engagement without turning the site into an unstructured archive.

The identity had to remain recognizable beyond the website.
The website established the platform, but the practice also needed consistent communication through email and physical materials. The name treatment, glyph, tagline, voice, and visual system had to remain recognizable across those smaller interactions.
Keeks extended the brand into a newsletter template, business cards, and supporting marketing pieces. Together, those materials gave the practice a more consistent presence across digital communication, referrals, introductions, and real-world client contact.

One practitioner. One coherent story.
Dr. Greene arrived with decades of credibility and a practice direction her public identity had not caught up with. She left with a platform that carries both: the clinical history and the restorative practice it became, explained as one story. The engagement was a defined project, and it ended as one. Keeks built the platform. The practice and its direction are hers. This case study documents Keeks’s role in the brand and digital work, not the clinical effectiveness of the practice or its programs.
