The first step

Start with what needs to move.

Tell us about the company, what you’re trying to accomplish, and where you need help. Your note goes directly to the founders. We review every request ourselves and reply personally. When a conversation is the right next step, we’ll send you a private scheduling link.

The first call

One conversation. Three questions.

What would it take?

We ask, listen, and learn how your company actually works. The scope comes back in a written proposal, not a pitch on the call.

What would it cost?

Real pricing in the proposal, fixed before work starts, so you decide with the number in front of you. When we need more detail to price it right, a short discovery step comes first.

Are we the right team for it?

This one we can usually answer in the room. Sometimes the answer is no, and we’ll tell you. Either way, you’ll know where you stand before you leave.

What happens next

We review every request ourselves. If a conversation would be useful, we’ll reply with a private scheduling link. The call is an hour with a founder, not a salesperson. We’ll use it to understand the work, answer the three questions above, and decide whether there’s something worth building together.

If the conversation points to a real project, we scope it with a defined outcome, fixed fee, and a beginning and an end. Some projects end there. Others continue because the next piece is connected.
