The product was already real. The company around it still had to be built for market.
KODA had already developed HypoHolder and brought an initial version of the product and website to market. Keeks was hired for one defined job: rebuild the website and e-commerce experience so customers, clinical buyers, and partners could understand the product more clearly.
That project expanded. The same product story had to work in photography, sales materials, conferences, investor conversations, product education, and eventually the research and development decisions shaping what came next.
KODA developed and designed the product and leads the company and product direction. Keeks began with the market-facing system and became an ongoing partner across the connected work around it.

One website became a much larger partnership.
- 01The websiteStory, structure, e-commerce, product photography, and a clearer path to purchase.
- 02The marketSales materials, product education, conferences, content, investor and grant support.
- 03The product pathwayResearch, strategy, documentation, engineering collaboration, supplier exploration, and manufacturing-readiness work.
- 04The operating partnershipWeekly execution connecting market information, product work, sales needs, content, and company priorities.
The first job was making the product easier to understand and buy.
Keeks rebuilt the HypoHolder website and e-commerce experience, reorganized the product story, wrote the customer-facing copy, and created product photography around the device.
That work became the foundation for the materials that followed.

The same product had to make sense in very different rooms.
A customer shopping online, a clinician evaluating the product, a conference attendee, and an investor did not need the same information.
Keeks extended the story across product education, sales materials, conference assets, content, and capital-support materials while keeping the product and company recognizable across each format.

Market feedback eventually became product input.
As the partnership expanded, research, clinical feedback, adoption friction, manufacturing questions, and sales conversations began feeding into product decisions.
Keeks supports that work through research, product strategy, development documentation, figure preparation, engineering collaboration, supplier exploration, and manufacturing-readiness work. A newer product pathway remains in development while the current HypoHolder line remains in market.
KODA leads product design and company direction. Intellectual-property legal decisions remain with KODA’s patent counsel.

The work no longer fits inside one deliverable.
Sales conversations affect product questions. Product changes affect the website and materials. Conferences create follow-up work. Research changes what the company pitches next.
Keeks works with KODA week to week to connect those moving pieces, organize priorities, and carry the resulting research, content, sales support, capital materials, product documentation, and execution forward.
The first project ended. The relationship kept expanding.
Keeks was hired to rebuild one website. The partnership now spans the market-facing work around HypoHolder, the research and development support behind its next pathway, and the weekly execution connecting what the company learns to what it does next.
